IFE 2009
Autumn Foods participated in the 2009 IFE exhibition at London’s ExCeL Centre in March. It was a successful event with clients visiting from all over the world to learn more about the company.
For four days, a constant stream of visitors met with Autumn Foods’ staff. All the Directors were on hand to support the sales and technical team.
One of the highlights was the visit of the Rt Hon Jane Kennedy, MP, the Minister of State for Farming, the Environment and Rural Affairs (Defra). Autumn Foods Director, Stephen Todd welcomed the Minister and explained the origins and role of the company as both exporter and importer of poultry meat.
The Minister and Mr Todd spoke of new government proposals to improve the product information provided on food labeling, an initiative which Autumn Foods thoroughly supports.
